Rescheduling Policy for IELTS Exams

To reschedule your IELTS exam and receive a refund, you must do it at least five weeks before the original test date. An administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you cancel or reschedule within five weeks of the test date, you will be charged the full fee, unless you provide a serious medical reason.
In that case, you must submit a medical certificate within five days of the test date to get a refund, minus the local administrative fee.
