Eligibility

Graduation

• Hold an AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma in a related field or equivalent
• Possess an AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or equivalent, or demonstrate approved work experience, professional certification, or other recognized prior learning
• Have an AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or equivalent with a WAM of 65
• Related fields of study include: Law, Business, Commerce, Economics, International Relations
• Relevant experience in a legal position such as working in a law firm, government drafting policies, law clerk, judge, judges associate, supporting legal work
