Eligibility

Graduation

• Minimum 2:2 honours degree in a built environment subject like quantity surveying, architecture, civil engineering, construction management, real estate, or quantity surveying
• Chartered or full membership of a relevant built environment or project management professional body approved by the University, along with relevant industry experience at an appropriate level
• Applicants with non-standard qualifications and/or relevant experience will be assessed on an individual basis to verify necessary skills
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian institution completed over three years or longer
• Grade: First Division (60%) or Grade: 55% or higher in a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of one year's work experience
