Eligibility

Requirements for 12th grade

• Pass Class 12th or equivalent examination with a minimum of five subjects and specified aggregate marks (65% for PwD candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in Class XII board examination
• Candidates who appeared in Class 12th or equivalent examination for the first time in 2022 or earlier are not eligible to apply
• Candidates from a Board that declared results for the academic year 2021-22 on or after September 21, 2022, are eligible if they meet all other criteria
• Candidates whose results were withheld by a Board that declared results for the academic year 2021-22 before September 21, 2022, are not eligible
